We buy all day, every day Monday-Saturday and there is never an appointment necessary. We pay on-the-spot for the items we can accept. Feel free to stay and shop or return to our store up to 1 hour prior to close to review your quote. We participate in the same day pick up policy. Items must be picked up the same day in order for you to receive cash. If you are unable to return the same day, you have the option of receiving store credit and having any items we are unable to take donated.

Clothing, Toys & Equipment need to come in clean, have all of their parts and be in good working condition. Cribs and other items requiring assembly must be brought in already assembled or be assembled in the store to verify that all parts are present.
At Once Upon A Child, safety and product quality are always our top priorities. For these reasons, there are some items we are unable to buy such as car seats and products that have been recalled.
